The Sallandse Heuvelrug
The Sallandse Heuvelrug is a unique landscape in Overijssel. This expansive nature area lies between Hellendoorn and Holten, and includes the Haarlerberg, Holterberg, Noetselerberg, and Koningsbelten. There are many walking and cycling routes available in this area. From Krieghuusbelten, you can easily access the Sallandse Heuvelrug and enjoy its beautiful nature. If it's not possible to bring your bikes due to all the luggage, you can rent a bike at the reception. Bikes are available for rent by the day or week. From our park, you can cycle the most beautiful routes, as we are located along the Sallandse Cycling Network. Using the junctions, you can choose a planned route or select your own route with the handy junction map.

If you want to choose your own comfort campsite, you can select a spot in a wooded area, by the water, or on a cozy field with a view of a playground. This way, the spot will always meet your wishes, allowing you to fully enjoy your well-deserved vacation.
In addition to the many walking and cycling opportunities in the Sallandse Heuvelrug, we also offer a beautiful piece of nature right next to our park. Adjacent to our park is a walking and play forest that you can walk to directly from your site. For the children, a route has been set up with various challenging play equipment, providing a fun way to get to know nature. If you prefer a longer walk, you can follow the green route, which is about 3 kilometers long.

At Familievakantiepark Krieghuusbelten there is more than enough to do, with a wide range of facilities suitable for both young and old. Get to know our interactive play equipment, indoor playground, (indoor) swimming pool, sports facilities and fishing, rowing and playing pond. Familievakantiepark Krieghuusbelten is situated on a walking and cycling network. In addition, our park borders the Sallandse Heuvelrug nature reserve. The ideal environment for a walking or cycling tour. Ask our staff for the most beautiful routes.
- At what times is the camp store open?
The store is open daily. Peak season opening hours are from 8:00 am - 5:30 pm. In the early and late season, limited opening hours apply. For this we refer you to the announcement at the store.
- Is it possible to rent bikes at the campsite?
We rent postbikes and cargo bikes. The postbike is € 12,50 per day and € 65,-- per week. The cargo bike is € 20 per day and € 100 per week.
